Our profile

Established in 1991 on a lovely campus with a view of Dongqian Lake, Ningbo Foreign Language School (NBFLS) is a fulltime Chinese public boarding school with over 1700 students in grades 7 to 12 and is regarded as a model school by the National Association of Foreign Language Education of China.

 

The International Department opened its doors in 2011 and has quickly grown to 240 students on-roll and 15 expatriate teachers in 2017-18. To create a rigorous and dynamic academic environment we offer students a high-quality three-year high school education (Grades 10-12) combining the AP curriculum with the best of the Chinese public high-school system.
